Trafalgar FyreCHOKE Collar
Trafalgar FyreCHOKE One Piece Retrofit Fire Collars are a premium collar designed to provide maximum protection against the spread of smoke and fire through walls and floors that are penetrated by plastic pipes or air-conditioning pair-coils and services.
FyreCHOKE Collars are simple to install, utilising a hinge and integrated ‘latch lock’ mechanism. The two halves of the collar simply fit around the pipe and fasten together. The collar is then fastened to the wall or floor using integrated fixing lugs at the base of the collar. For smaller 25-40mm penetrations Trafalgar has a stainless steel Micro Collar, which may be easier for sealing conduits in cramped spaces.
Trafalgar’s FyreCHOKE fire collars have been extensively tested and approved to AS1530.4 & AS4072.1
