Important Note: Systems tested in plasterboard may also be used in concrete (AS 1530.4 Section 10.12.2). Therefore all the systems shown below with diagrams in plasterboard may be used in concrete.

Copper Pipe (up to 200mm) through a concrete or masonry wall. 3M Mouldable Putty wrapped around pipe for depth of the wall. Then fill annular space with 20mm 3M Putty both sides of wall backed with mineral wool in the centre of the wall. FRR -/120/90 using 3M Duct Wrap 615+. Max FRR -/120/90

3M Putty & 3M GS Wrap - Conduit through Wall

Conduit (uPVC, empty or with up to 4 fibre optic cables) through a plasterboard, AAC, masonry or concrete wall. 3M Ultra GS wrap strip around conduit each side of wall protruding 25mm. 3M Mouldable Putty fillet 15mm and penetrating 5mm both sides of wall.
