AGNI-Wrap
AGNI-Wrap is a flexible composite intumescent strip installed around services and firmly secured using AGNI-Straps or AGNI-Clips. AGNI-Wrap is tested in two width configurations: 25mm and 50mm.
AGNI-Wrap is an innovative, cost-effective, easy-to-install passive fire protection solution which takes the place of traditional metal collars. The AGNI-Wrap system is installed to create a circular fire-stopping wrap seal for a wide variety of service penetrations (plastic/copper/brass/steel pipes, cable(s) and cable bundles) that pass through fire compartment walls, floors and ceilings. In a fire, the intumescent material is activated and expands, forming a stable fire-resistant plug that maintains fire integrity and insulation and stops the fire from spreading through building compartments.
The AGNI-Wrap system is tested & certified for:
• Waste pipe configuration,
• Plastic pipes (uPVC, PVC-C, PP-R, PB, PE, PEX, PEX-AL-PEX) sizes from 12mm up to 100mm,
• Metal pipes with combustible insulation lagging like Nitrile rubber, PE and Polyolefin Cables,
• Insulated copper pipes,
• Electrical applications with conduits, power & data cables, and air conditioning bundles.
